The band operates within the heavy metal genre and from the beginning has relied on a classic approach, where guitars, rhythm section and live energy play a central role.
Formation and development
Titus was formed in the spring of 2020 by drummer Radim Zvoníček and guitarist Zdeněk Mitáš, who were looking for a new musical direction at the time. Other musicians gradually joined, and the project began to take shape. Over time, the band went through natural development and several lineup changes, leading to its current form.
Today, Titus consists of vocalist Karel Křížek, guitarists Tomáš Halák and Pavel Váňa, bassist Zdeněk Jaroš and drummer Radim Zvoníček. This lineup defines the band’s current sound and direction.
Music
From the beginning, Titus has focused on original material. In 2021, the band released its debut album “První boj”, followed by additional material and further development.
Their music is rooted in classic heavy metal, but it does not feel like a copy. It relies on energy, directness and connection with the audience.
Direction
Titus is building its path step by step, without shortcuts. This is a typical approach for the club scene – growing show by show and reaching listeners organically.
